It's interesting. I in my naiive smart Alec way would have said Dubai hadn't even heard of health and safety...its great to know otherwise....

Have you heard the term "lip service"?
I thought some guy had fallen to his death just a couple of months ago, i.e. less than 149 days ago.
cant wait for this project to finish and gain its official record as the tallest in the world.
