The marina at the Park Hyatt and Dubai Creek Golf Club. A very nice hotel and, I'm told, one of the best golf clubs in Dubai.

You'ze is bang on the money - a lovely hotel and my favourite in Dubai, both personally and professionally (they're great to hold events with). BTW, you don't have to break the bank - the most excellent Thai Kitchen there will do you dinner for two, about 8-10 Thai dishes (they do small portions) plus drinks for about Dhs 400...
Go on, give it a whirl! >;0)
