The Fountainhead - #355

It's a neccesary addition to the city, the water fountains. However I do also think it's one of the best civic amenieties in this city.

Perhaps Ayn Rand would be fascinated with Dubai, although I wonder what the (fictional) Mr Howard Roark would have thought...

I know I featured a similar effect recently... but I still kind of liked it.

Especially as this one is in something as ordinarily mundane as a carpark....

There are some areas of any major city that show the more utilitarian, functional architecture... this could be a council estate from the UK in the 70's / 80's - however it made me think mostly of former East Germany, some older parts of Leipzig, East Berlin... perhaps that's just me.
