Hmm... his clothes look clean and pressed, but he has no shoes. My guess is that he's just a regular guy taking a nap and kicked off his shoes.
Hey that's interesting! I found and photographed a mysteriously abandoned pair of shoes in the Marina area several weeks ago. Bluey, this guy needs us! Find him and tell him that 'roon knows where his shoes are!
