The Hyatt Of Luxury - #354

The is the entrance of the Grand Hyatt Dubai.

In a city of hotels, this one stands out as a peaceful and impressive location. I love the restaurants, the grand foyer and the best value brunch in Dubai at Andiamos.

Some of the 7 and 5 star hotels in Dubai have kind of beaten architecture books and elasticized construction theories. But how much is one willing to pay for a night of luxury.

There are some good budget hotels in Dubai and Sharjah that are worth visiting as well. What with all the malls and souks... I would rather spend my money shopping and eating and doing some skiing while staying at one of those good budget hotels.

There's a Vietnamese restaurant in Grand Hyatt hotel Dubai, which serve very delicious food cooked in front of you in Vietnamese style. Tip: For desert, order 'Sago with Coconut Milk'. This desert is extremely delicious!
